Ordering: To purchase a Digital Product, you must select the product, provide accurate and complete information, and complete the payment process.

All prices are in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

4. Delivery
Method: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download the Digital Product via a download link or account access.
Download Limits: The download link will be available for 24 hours from the time of purchase. If you click an expired link, a new link will be sent to the email address used for the initial purchase.
Responsibility: It is your responsibility to download and save the Digital Product promptly. We are not liable for loss of access after the download period expires or if you fail to back up your files. Upon request, we may resend a download link at our discretion, subject to reasonable limitations.
5. Licenses and Usage Rights
License Grant: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Product for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Permitted Use: For print files, you may print the files for personal use. For PDF guides, you may view and use them for personal purposes.
Restrictions: You may not:

Modify or create derivative works from the Digital Product unless explicitly allowed.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Policy: Due to the nature of Digital Products, all sales are final once the product is downloaded. Refunds are not offered unless the Digital Product is defective (e.g., corrupted file) or not as described.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Order before downloading the Digital Product by contacting us at sales@rimhanel.com. Once downloaded, cancellation is not possible.
